Jimmy Jett

President and Chief Executive Officer

Jimmy Jett is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Integrity BioChem. He has over 20 years of experience growing and building chemical businesses.

After graduating from the University of Tulsa in 2000, Jimmy was stationed in Germany as an Infantry Sergeant in the United States Army. His time in the Army and two deployments to Iraq were instrumental in his development as a leader. After returning to Texas in 2004, he accepted a role in Business Development for Magnablend. Working alongside a phenomenal team, Jimmy helped grow the business into an industry-leading chemical blending and technology company. He ended his career at Magnablend as the EVP of Business Development.

Jimmy founded Integrity BioChem in 2017, aiming to provide the energy and industrial markets with new, cutting-edge technologies. After 8 years of substantial growth, he continues to support an amazing team as they continue to bring new and sustainable technologies into multiple markets.

Kristopher Megahan

Chief Operating Officer

Kristopher Megahan is the Chief Operating Officer of Integrity BioChem. Prior to joining the company, he led chemistry, technology, engineering, and business development at Magnablend Custom Chemical Blending Services for over 14 years. During this time, he coordinated, designed, and implemented most operating systems and was responsible for the construction and staffing of multiple facilities, including building and leading Magnablend’s engineering department. He went on to lead the international business development group, where he coordinated the activities of international accounts across multiple geographies and cultures. Kristopher joined Catalyst Oilfield Services in Midland to lead the Fracturing Fluid group and went on to serve as Vice President of Frac at AES in Houston.

Kristopher enlisted in the United States Navy in 1991, completing the Naval Nuclear Power Program and Water Chemistry schools. He served on the USS Miami, operating the nuclear power plant and serving in water chemistry and radiological controls. After his time in the Navy, Kristopher completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Scott Schroeder

Chief Financial Officer

Scott Schroeder is the Chief Financial Officer of Integrity BioChem. Scott has over 30 years of experience providing financial, administrative, and operational support to both private and publicly traded companies across a broad range of industries.

He is an extremely energetic and self-motivated professional with Wall Street money management, “Final 4″ public accounting, merger and acquisition, restructuring, IPO activities, and venture financing experience. Prior to joining Integrity BioChem, Scott held several CFO and COO roles in energy-related companies and was the CFO at Gruener Ventures, a boutique venture capital firm specializing in the energy and technology markets.

After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance, Scott obtained his Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University with a focus in Accounting. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas.

Bryce Parker

Executive Vice President - Corporate Strategy

Bryce Parker serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Integrity BioChem, where he leads the company’s strategic sales and marketing efforts, ensuring full alignment with Integrity BioChem’s commitment to sustainable chemistry. Focused on driving innovation and expanding market reach, Bryce oversees IBC’s business unit leaders who lead focused divisional efforts across various sectors, fostering cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth and strengthen Integrity BioChem’s market position. His strategic vision and commitment to diversification are key to advancing the company’s mission of delivering eco-friendly solutions that meet evolving industry demands.

Bryce began his career at Magnablend in 2004, where he gained broad experience through roles in various departments over the years, ultimately progressing to Director of Sales.  Throughout his career, Bryce has consistently delivered significant growth and value to both customers and the organizations he’s served. Before joining Integrity BioChem, he was VP of Business Development at HPPE Inc., where he successfully expanded new business segments and drove substantial growth.

A proud Texas A&M alumnus, Bryce earned his Bachelor of Science in Bioenvironmental Science, where the Aggie core values of leadership, integrity, and excellence continue to guide his approach to driving meaningful change and progress in the industry.

Johnny Anderson

Senior Vice President - Operations

Johnny Anderson serves as Integrity BioChem’s Senior Vice President of Operations and has more than 25 years of experience planning, developing and implementing financial, service, product and sales systems and processes in business and non-profit environments. Johnny also has experience in HR and leadership development as well as in-depth knowledge of finances and operations, logistics, and supply chain.

He has organized and led several international construction and humanitarian relief projects. Leading volunteer groups and coordinating internationally has allowed Johnny to be part of large relief efforts and aide people in third world countries.

Laura Benavides

Director of Sustainability

Laura Kuri Benavides is the Director of Sustainability for Integrity BioChem (IBC). She aims to champion IBC technology as Sustainable Science for the Whole World. Laura is responsible for IBC’s sustainable processes; environmental, social and governance (ESG) reports; environmental policy; and acting as a liaison between IBC’s departments to highlight their sustainable practices. Additionally, Laura will provide guidance on emerging technological advances in sustainability.

Laura began her career at Halliburton as a Research and Development Chemist for Baroid IDP (Industrial Drilling Products), and then accepted an expat assignment as the laboratory manager for Cebo Holland. She completed her time at Halliburton leading Business Development in Latin America for IDP. Her work experience has offered worldly views that showcased the true importance of climate change and different cultural views of sustainability.

Laura earned a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin- where she managed a green house for 3 years.

Chad Hall

Senior Vice President - Energy

Chad Hall is the Senior Vice President of Energy at Integrity BioChem (IBC), leading the strategy and growth of the Oil & Gas division. A champion of innovation, he played a pivotal role in EC Max, IBC’s flagship technology—a groundbreaking engineered biopolymer designed to slow proppant embedment.

With over two decades of experience in engineering, marketing, operations, strategic planning, business development, and technical analysis, Chad is a skilled coach and manager dedicated to developing high-performing organizations.

Before joining IBC, Chad worked with industry giants Schlumberger, MI-SWACO, Smith International, and Baker Hughes.

Chad earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southwest Texas State University and holds a certified Mission Performance Level 5 Coach title. He and his wife reside in Prosper, Texas, with their three girls. They are members of Hope Fellowship Church and are involved in serving the community.

Anthony Burns serves as Integrity BioChem’s Vice President of Europe & Asia Business Development where he oversees international business development for the European market. He has an extensive background in finance, sales, marketing, reporting and data management for the chemical industry.

After graduating from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Anthony enlisted in the United States Army where he was stationed in Germany and served as an Infantry team leader. After being honorably discharged from the military, he returned to Germany to live and work for the U.S. government in multiple finance-related roles. Before joining the IBC team, Anthony worked for chemical industry start-ups in positions ranging from Controller to Product Line Manager.

Erick J. Acosta, Ph.D.

Vice President of Science - Energy and Heavy Industrial

Erick Acosta is the Vice President of Science – Energy and Heavy Industrial at Integrity Biochem in Cresson, Texas. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Organic and Polymer Chemistry from Texas A&M University in 2003. Over the past 20 years, Erick has worked for various chemical and energy service companies including DuPont, Halliburton, and Nalco Energy. Erick specializes in the areas of protective coatings, oilfield production chemicals, and surfactant chemistry. In his free time, Erick enjoys sports and spending time with family and friends.

William Gibbs

Senior Vice President - Industrial

William Gibbs serves as the Senior Vice President of Mining and Industrial at Integrity Mining and Industrial, bringing over 15 years of expertise in international business development and strategic leadership. Known for his collaborative approach and customer-first mindset, William oversees IBC’s global sales strategy, guiding teams to expand the company’s market presence and deliver innovative solutions across industries.

In previous roles as Executive Vice President and Director of Global Business Development, William established IBC’s foundational client engagement and market growth strategies. His expertise in supply chain optimization, contract negotiation, and team building has driven sustainable growth, solidifying IBC’s reputation as a trusted industry leader.

William holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science from the University of Calgary, where he specialized in Chemistry. His background in finance and entrepreneurship enhances his ability to align business objectives with client needs, making him a key force behind IBC’s success.

Michael Suver

Senior Vice President - Specialty Chemicals

Michael Suver is the Senior Vice President of Specialty Chemicals for Integrity BioChem. He oversees Integrity BioChem’s go-to-market strategy as well as the day-to-day management of the specialty chemical division. Mike has over 25 years in the chemical industry, with executive leadership positions in sales, marketing, and operations. He has worked with some of the most respected brands around the globe in the chemical industry.

Mike previously served as President at Performanx Specialty Chemicals, located in Columbus, Ohio. He began his career at Ashland in 1996 and held various sales, sourcing, and management roles for both the Industrial and Fine Ingredients divisions.

Mike received a degree in Management Science from Wright State University.

Dan Derr, Ph.D.

Senior Vice President - Technology

Dan Derr serves as Integrity BioChem’s Senior Vice President of Technology, Specialty Chemicals, leveraging over 20 years of expertise in renewable chemicals, fuels, and energy. He obtained a B.S. in Chemistry (with a music minor) from Ithaca College in 1992 and a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Colorado State University in 1998. Beginning his career at General Electric Global Research, he specialized in renewable energy and fuels. Later, at Logos Technologies, he contributed to the development of NatSurFact® rhamnolipid biosurfactants within a dynamic team.

Since 2022, Dan has been a full-time member of Integrity BioChem, leading the promotion of bio-based surfactants for personal care and HI&I applications. He collaborates closely with the R&D Team to drive product innovation and provides support to Integrity’s customers through the Commercial Team.

Dave Coorts

Vice President - Agriculture

Dave Coorts is the Vice President of Agriculture at Integrity BioChem (IBC), leading the strategy, business development, and product development initiatives of the Agriculture division. As a seasoned ag professional, he has led the development and launch of the VeroSurf brand line of bio-based surfactants for agricultural applications.

With over thirty-five years of experience in sales, marketing, technical agronomy, product development, strategic planning, and business development, Dave is a valuable asset in developing and launching the newest division of IBC.

Before joining IBC, Dave worked with industry giants Cargill, ICI, Dow AgroSciences (Corteva), Arysta LifeScience, and UPL. Dave earned his B.S in Plant and Soil Science from Tennessee Technological University
and his MS in Soil Taxonomy from the University of Tennessee. He and his wife live in Carthage, NC. They spend their free time enjoying their small farm and keeping up with their six adult children and nine grandchildren.
